Now this is a strange post from me, the microwave chef. This is about a cook book / recipes from the depression era. Written by a 90 year old Lady that lived that life. For the chefs and real life cooks, please watch and let me know what you think.

The cookbook sounds very interesting, but then I love collecting cookbooks. Sounds much like recipes I would do, but because of hunny, all would have to include some sort of meat. He sure does love his potatoes too. ;)

Just an fyi, Romano has a long shelf life and keeps very well even at room temps. It will secret oils though that will need to be wiped. The great thing about this cheese is that if it does develops mold, you just scrape it off with a knife and you are good to go.
