I tried to explain to my son that zombies were a metaphor, but he didn't believe me.

I honestly thoroughly enjoyed the article. I really haven’t given much thought to our govt being overthrown as the other likely scenarios seemed more likely. Like the electrical grid going down, the economy tanking and inflation making our dollar worthless, natural disasters, etc. But after reading the statistical look at the chances of our govt collapsing, I’m even more glad I’ve been prepping as long as I have.

In the UK the term "ZOMBIE" NOT in the silly movie type scenario but as the identify huge masses of homeless, starving dispossessed columns of refugees was first used in the 1960s by the Royal Air Force in its civil defence planning capacity for protecting airbases and stations from incursions by " Zombie hordes"
