I made up a list of excess guns that I want to sell. When I go to town today I'll post it on the sale board at the grocery store and at the post office.

Is there a shelf life on rennet? I'd like to start stocking up on cheese making stuff.I ordered 200 canning lids last week. I ordered another 200 today. Ordered more rennet for cheese making
Yes there is. They usually have expiration dates on each bottle or card of tablets. I put them in the coldest part of my fridge and only take them out long enough to pull out the amount I need and then immediately put it back in the fridge. I’m trying to make more rennet cheeses and paneer and less vinegar farmer’s cheese. The cost of a gallon of vinegar is outrageous where I’m at so I’m going with the rennet etc.Is there a shelf life on rennet? I'd like to start stocking up on cheese making stuff.
Take a look around if you can find certain types of thistles, they use them to make cheddar cheese in Ireland. It give the cheese the yellow color. Stinging nettles also work in a pinch.I'd like to start stocking up on cheese making stuff.
Blonde and pretty wouldn't hurt.Old and functional, what more could you ask for in a cooker.

I don't mind a well-seasoned cooker.An old and functional one?
Wow good job! That is a sweet harvest for the amount of garden you have.Today we dug up potatos. Only two rows of five total. It looks like about 85-90 lbs. Got up early to beat the sun and still sweated our little asses off.
