I think we're going fishing tomorrow. Just not sure if we want to fish for catfish in the big river or fish for trout in a mountain stream. Or we could take the boat out to a lake not far from here and dig for arrowheads since the water is low.

So we tried out the BBQ for lunch today. Fired up the grill, threw on some hotdogs and waited. Just had a light breeze blowing, but it was enough to keep blowing out the fire. We ended up cooking lunch inside. When we add on to the deck I'll have to build a windscreen to protect the BBQ.

We are in the middle of buying a new car since my beloved 4x4 died and cannot be fixed...decided to reduce the downpayment to $3000 instead of $4500 so we have a bit more of cash for SHOPPING...gonna get some more food and such, but have to do it behind the wifeys back, she thinks we have enough...hope she understands and forgives me if what PP and Monkeywerx are dead-on with what is coming...no weapons or ammo here, just the minimal toys...GP

Not a bad price for now days. Yesterday I bought some CCI .22 target loads for $10 per hundred. I'm going to keep buying .22 ammo every time I go to town.
