depending on were u live green house gardens are pretty viable and in most places will produce something year round.

I am interested in aquaponics. A hydroponic bed with bell tower flushing system that feeds water into a lower fish tank. A small pump brings the fish water (along with fish waste) back up into the hydro bed where bacteria on the rocks convert the waste to nitrates for the plants. Thinking a small fish farm of Tilapia or something.

Also am looking into a worm farm that I heard can help compost or add nitrates to a soil garden whereas I can take excess worms for the fish and chickens. Haven't researched this much yet.

Mayhaws are ripe anywhere between late April to early May, just pends on the growing season. I do make jelly with the fruit. I can send you some jars in exchange for some of those wonderful nuts! I have some in storage right now. PM me when we can do the exchange and we can do all the details.
