Just got back from Costco. Zero of Impossible or Beyond. Did have a veggie burger in the frozen patty section. Guess you got to satisfy the fruits and nuts.

Not eating fake meat. I can do without kale, too. But love spinach and good lettuce.
FYI: My wife and daughter love kale, so I was just joshing about it. (But I do honestly think I'd rather eat Johnson grass)
Most other greens I am fine with. I sometimes just have a spinach salad for lunch. I love spring mix. I even like iceberg lettuce (both my mother and my daughter would look at me funny when I said that)
I have been known to order a portabella mushroom sandwich because it sounded more appetizing that any of the other sandwiches on the menu.

Sometimes I make portobella mushroom burgers...they are good...throw them on the grill..

I powder kale and my daughter and SIL use it in their smoothies. I use it in the dog supplements.
Every time my wife tries to sneak some kale in on me, I notice. She knows not to even try now.

No fake crap here. I eat meat 3 times a day every day of my life. I do throw in a salad once in awhile.

A Spam omelet is good too. When we're snowed in for more than a couple weeks, and we're out of bacon, I always have Spam to fall back on. Spam is a lifesaver.

I keep a lot of Spam in my pantry!
I have more spam put back than I can count....put it out there with Bubba Gump shrimp...

I really wish we didn't have so much Spam. Seems like everytime we go Hunny grabs a couple more. . .

More like a 15 year shelf life, it's best within 5 years.

Unless the can gets compromised it will outlast us.
I went crazy and ordered microwave pork rinds. I hope the electricty stays on or I'm in trouble. 1 carb and 30 grams protein, 90000000 grams sodium

For quite awhile I couldn't find any flavors of Spam except plain. Still can't. They blame it on the China flu. So I've been smoking the plain Spam and it comes out really good.I really wish we didn't have so much Spam. Seems like everytime we go Hunny grabs a couple more. . .
The ones we used to buy were pretty good. Hot out of the microwave.
