Today the SCOTUS decided 5:4 that Trump can't arbitrarily end DACA. Roberts sided with the liberals. What a loser.

This is a key illustration why RBG can't kick the bucket quick enough. Roberts has shown that he has completely sold out to the left... again. Too bad he's still young. I wonder how many cases Trump is holding back for RBG to get replaced before they get presented to the courts?

Maybe RBG needs to go out among the peaceful protesters? If Covid doesn't take her out, maybe they will!

From Justice Thomas. Please point out where he is flawed in his argument.

“Justice Clarence Thomas, joined by two other judges, dissented, arguing that the Obama administration did not have “statutory authorization” to take the initial action:

Today the majority makes the mystifying determination that this rescission of DACA was unlawful. In reaching that conclusion, the majority acts as though it is engaging in the routine application of standard principles of administrative law. On the contrary, this is anything but a standard administrative law case.

DHS created DACA during the Obama administration without any statutory authorization and without going through the requisite rulemaking process. As a result, the program was unlawful from its inception. The majority does not even attempt to explain why a court has the authority to scrutinize an agency’s policy reasons for rescinding an unlawful program under the arbitrary and capricious microscope. The decision to countermand an unlawful agency action is clearly reasonable. So long as the agency’s determination of illegality is sound, our review should be at an end.”

AMERICAN CITIZENS can’t get any help with the Supreme Court! Millions unemployed and these Constitution Shredders are concerned with the implications to ILLEGALS instead of the implications to CITIZENS!

This was a bad call from the Supreme Court. They factored in the human suffering (how illegals would suffer being deported) and did not base the decision on just the legalities of law. We need to get more law abiding judges and not socialist / humanitarians.

UP nailed it. SCOTUS is now using feelings to make legal decisions. How many times have we said that the Constitution has zero accommodations for feelings? They keep ripping it up. When is RBG dropping dead?

Trump needs to win a second term. Then Don Jr needs to run and get elected after that. Together they should be able to out-live RBG, right? She can't live forever.

Oh please! I'd give her even odds to make it to Trump's second inauguration. And her odds drop 50% with every year going forward. She was born in 1933!

And the other liberal judge Breyer. Born in '38. He's had health issues as well. Tick tock. He talked about retiring 5 years ago, at a young 77 years old. Look at the actuary tables, he's got a 5+% chance of dying this year. It'll increase per year to over 9% in 5 years when Trump is still President. He's not going to make it.

I would prefer they retire vs. dying but I won't shed any tears if they lose the battle with the Grim Reaper. I think both have held on with the hope Trump would be a one term President. If he is re-elected, they will most likely acknowledge they have done their best and will pull the pin. If they don't volunteer to retire, I think Trump will increase the size of the Court, by four or more. That would force the Democrats to more than double the size of the court to take control again. Then you will see a lot of Black and Blue heads exploding.

Trump can bring it up again by changing how it is presented. It wasn't dismissed on merit. Meaning they aren't saying it wasn't lawful, just saying they don't like how it was done.

Roberts has been compromised by the Deep State and is doing their bidding. Read it has something to do with his adopted children.

No matter how many times Trump submits, it will be thrown out because they are after him.

I hope that tonight he shows pictures of all of the damage to historical artifacts because many who watch MSM haven't a clue of the actual damage done. Most are still patriotic and the Left isn't counting on that.

I’m not sure they are after Trump. Personally, I see it as after Us Americans...as in big business wants to keep allowing illegals in for cheap labor. Also, Dems back it because these 3rd worlders are screaming to get on the Dem Plantation of freebies!

I see that but Trump has access to the info that can bury them.
