Supreme Court justice Roberts has sold his soul. He should be charged with Treason.

Everyone thought he was such a solid conservative when Bush43 put him in. But what has happened since?

He was the swing vote to allow Obamacare to exist. His excuse was 'elections have consequences'. Let me re-interpret that. Somebody got to him. He is being held hostage. Maybe they have dirt on his kid? Who knows, but you do not go from a solid conservative to saying Obamacare is Constitutional without replacing the brain.

Now he voted to keep the hold on Trump's asylum ban? And in the meantime, he chided Trump for mentioning "an Obama Judge"?

I don't know what's happened, but the man has done a 180. If we need a 'special counsel', this is the place to do it. Trump needs to replace him as Chief Justice ASAP. RBG needs to die and Trump can appoint Ted Cruz as SC justice and chief justice in one shot.

I don't know what's happened, but the man has done a 180. If we need a 'special counsel', this is the place to do it. Trump needs to replace him as Chief Justice ASAP. RBG needs to die and Trump can appoint Ted Cruz as SC justice and chief justice in one shot.

I would hate to lose Cruz in the Senate. It's been too hard to keep the majority, but Cruz knows the Constitution inside out and would be great.

And regarding Ted Cruz, don't you think he'd be more effective as a SCJ than just as a senator? And trust me, Gov Abbott will find a rock solid conservative to replace Cruz, and he'll be in office for 6 more years.

Yes. The average person survives 6-12 months after pancreatic cancer is diagnosed. She's at what, 10 times that? Her first cancer was decades ago. Statistically, she has blown past all probabilities of surviving it.

On the other side, just look at her. The woman is suffering. She fell in her own office 6 weeks ago & broke 3 ribs. Now a hunk of her lung is removed. Years ago a hunk of her pancreas was removed as well as her spleen. How many parts can you remove before she implodes? While I disagree with her rulings and interpretation of the Constitution (which she doesn't like), I'm not looking for her to suffer endlessly. She has made her impact on our nation, but that time is at its end. So yes, essentially, she needs to die. I just hope she accepts Christ before that day. So just because I made that statement above doesn't mean it was malicious.

I don't wish death on RGB but I do wish she would retire. Now if it takes her death by normal means (not wishing her an accident of any other unnatural death), then I would not shed a tear. Do I hate her, no but she is a hindrance to constitutional rule.

That is so 'yesterday'! Come forward in time! She should go visit Venezuela not Cuba to really appreciate the results of socialism. With all her medical needs, it would be perfect. I remember several months ago reading about an older man in VZ. He had a serious foot infection & his family took him to the hospital. The doctors had no antibiotics available, so there was no way to treat a simple infection. But all they could do was amputate his foot. But note that they didn't have any pain killers either to use with the amputation. The family told this story as they went into Columbia seeking better options for him! Ah yes, RBG's great mind would have so much to take in down there. It'd be interesting to see if that experience would change some of her view...
