Reopen Alcatraz , make it the 52 nd state ( hopefully I have that number correct , apologise if incorrect ) that would be interesting , in this day and age of technology, they can be self sustaining , they can live in harmony , with no outside interference, Lets find a positive result for them , although I would think the birth rate to be almost no existent,
