1) No lawyer worth his/her salt is going to splay out his evidence in the open before trial for the guilty to run around and destroy it (HRC-style ie her 30,000 emails). The element of surprise in the courtroom is as key to the success of any case as it is on the battlefield.

2) I doubt seriously any lawyer, any human in their right mind, in fact, would put themselves through the living hell she must have been through since Nov. 3rd for just "a few dozen or hundred" votes, do you? She's laying her professional reputation (and her firm's) on the line and would only entertain the notion of doing so if she were confident the evidence pointed to "massive" fraud and corruption at the highest levels and that they will win their case(s). Even you would admit it just wouldn't be worth her time over a mere handful of votes in each state.

I can't even imagine the hours of epic research to date and what is yet before her in presenting it to the court. I just donated $1000 to her defense fund, almost donated $5000, but decided the future is too uncertain to do that just yet. May send the other $4000 soon. I've never done anything like that in my 72 year life! That's how strongly I oppose blatant cheating, lying, fraud and corruption and how much I do not want a socialist/communist/corrupt government influenced by outside countries in America. And that's not just the teacher in me talking......it's every fiber in my body talking.

The fact is also that just because I didn’t like trump because of his temperament dosent make me the enemy....

Quit changing the subject Brent. You made a specific claim which you now REFUSE to back up with evidence. Citing statistics on ALL lawsuits filed by anyone is not evidence. In fact it is downright disingenuous if not flat out dishonest.

On Monday, Norm Shinkle drew national attention as the lone member of the Michigan Board of Canvassers who abstained from voting to certify the state’s 16 electoral votes for Joe Biden.

But the vote of Shinkle, a Williamston attorney and 8th District Republican chairman, came after what he called “a whole string of anonymous calls threatening my family and me, and 20 to 30 protesters on my front lawn Saturday night.”

“The mentality here was ‘whoever threatens the most wins,’” Shinkle told Newsmax on Monday evening, soon after the six-hour meeting of the Board of Canvassers. “And I was ‘Dr. Evil’ to the left wing.”

Days before the vote, Shinkle made clear his desire to vote to delay certification pending a complete audit of the 5.5 million votes cast Nov. 3 in the Water Wonderland.

But, he told Newsmax on Saturday, “I need the evidence [of errors in the vote-count] and I need it in 48 hours.”

Shinkle said he has carefully watched those affiliated with President Donald Trump’s legal team — Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, and former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline — “and I want to see what they have in terms of hard evidence.”

I agree that if there was cheating then it should be investigated and brought into the light. I do think though that enough evidence has to be provided for the case to not be thrown out. If I’m wrong and real evidence does come up then I will restate my opinions, but so far I haven’t seen anything solid and verifiable.
 
Well I doubt they'll be televising the trials, so you won't be seeing all the evidence until the trials are over, all cases decided, electoral vote certifications (assuming SCOTUS doesn't get involved with several courses of actions at their disposal) and the next President is duly elected after all Constsitutaional avenues available to President Trump have been exhausted (by appropriate Constitutional deadlines).

Group files emergency petition in Wisconsin after finding 150,000 potentially fraudulent ballots



"These discrepancies were a direct result of Wisconsin election officials’ willful violation of state law” – Amistad Project's Phil Kline







The national conservative group Amistad Project filed an emergency petition Tuesday with the Wisconsin Supreme Court challenging the state’s unofficial results in the 2020 presidential election, saying it has identified over 150,000 potentially fraudulent ballots.



Results from the Nov. 3 balloting in the state show Democratic candidate Joe Biden defeated President Trump by a roughly 20,000-vote margin.



Phill Kline, director of the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, said the number of potentially fraudulent ballots identified are “more than enough to call into question the validity of the state’s reported election results.”



“Moreover, these discrepancies were a direct result of Wisconsin election officials’ willful violation of state law,” he also said.



Several major news outlets have declared Biden the winner of the presidential race, as Trump and his legal team continue to challenge results in key states.
