This is the military standard and possibly will keep your community alive if you follow it. I've used this manual since I was an E-3 and on countless deployment mission when it came up to either doing a bare base or even a mil-to-mil training exchange. If you follow this simple manual, your going to stay alive in the field, don't and well you'll start to see your community get sick over simple things.
