British NHS advising people NOT to use Ibuprofen to treat Coronavirus symptoms, stay with Paracetamol.
Did they say why specifically?British NHS advising people NOT to use Ibuprofen to treat Coronavirus symptoms, stay with Paracetamol.
Paracetamol is better known as acetaminophen in the US, brand name Tylenol. Nobody I know takes Tylenol anymore. No doctors I know recommend Tylenol any more.
no people are pushing the NHS for answewrs, but nothing yet???Did they say why specifically?
I am allergic to NSAIDs except Tylenol and refuse to take it. It will give you liver failure fast.Paracetamol is better known as acetaminophen in the US, brand name Tylenol. Nobody I know takes Tylenol anymore. No doctors I know recommend Tylenol any more.
What about naproxen?I am allergic to NSAIDs except Tylenol and refuse to take it. It will give you liver failure fast.

BTW, Tylenol is not an NSAID.
It depends. If it's all NSAIDs that have the effect then this would be true. But I have a brother that's allergic to ibuprofen but takes Naproxen (aleve). If you can't take ibuprofen, then you can't take any aspirin based products, Advil, aspirin, etc. All are in the same family. I'm allergic.

Tell me that when I feel like I'm dying from a migraine or cramps. I swear no medication side effect is as bad as those things. I am aware of the dangers of the drugs though. I can't take ibuprofen anymore because it messes with my stomach and I have to be very careful with Aleve.Aleve is very dangerous too. Hell, most meds are worse than the problems.
This works for me.While we are discussing meds, I from suffer cramps every day, so does anybody have a suggestion?
