Uh, having a handgun to shoot back is a way. I guess she thinks a bullet "proof" vest protects the head, shoulders, torso below the vest, and legs. I will take my chances WITH a handgun, thank you.

They'll just keep shooting until they get guns banned.

The problem with all these mass shooting is the wrong mass keeps being shot and those that need to be shot keep crying of gun control.
