I make the same, I add sea salt and crushed red pepper flakes to mine. Also for Bok ChoyI just made some baked portobello mushrooms, sliced zucchini and roasted asparagus with a slice of mozzarella melted over it. I used a marinade for the mushrooms and zucchini with 2parts soy, 1 part olive oil, a little ginger and garlic. I could market this stuff! I only made enough for lunch but have a sneaky suspicion I will make more for dinner tonight. That way I get to enjoy a glass of wine with it as well.
