I see the Ventura Dems who said they were going to take people from their homes and put them into quarantine, now, after social media went NUTS has backtracked and claims that not what they meant. RIIIGHT! Watch the video. It was clearly stated. At least they have backed off of taking people from their homes...

More news about Dems planning to take citizens away from their homes.

Newsom announced he was training as many as 20,000 people – “an army and a workforce” – to begin tracking down COVID-19 cases. PJ Media’s Victoria Taft reported this story:

Newsom announced that the “army” – his word – will start with a deployment of 3,000 and grow to the 20,000 mark to chase down who, what, where, and with whom COVID positive people have had connections. To what end? Newsom said, “the tracing component requires workforce and to identify individuals who tested positive…to ID their contacts (with privacy) and maybe quarantine individuals to stop the spread of the disease.”

He means forcible quarantine.

Levin said we also realize that as we get more contacts, “some of the people are going to have trouble with being isolated, for instance, if they live in a home where there’s only one bathroom, and there are three or four other people living there and those people don’t have COVID infection we’re not going to be able to keep the person in that home. Every person whom we’re isolating, for instance, needs to have, uh, their own bathroom. And so we’ll be moving people like this into other kinds of housing that we have available

Looks like more of the first wave.

Looks like more of the first wave.

There was a slight peak and decline, but it didn't go down much. Like you say it looks more like a plateau now instead of a peak.

The numbers over the weekend will probably make it look like it's declining, because that's what the weekend numbers always do. We'll have to wait until Tuesday to know for sure.

Van Drew: Democrats Don’t Want to Hold China Accountable Because of ‘Politics’
On Saturday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ) stated that Democrats are not interested in holding China accountable for the coronavirus, and “The only thing that can possibly be in their mind is politics.”

Van Drew said, “I mean, it is mind-boggling and unbelievable to me that everyone isn’t joined together in trying to figure out how and why China did this to us.

GOP Rep. Aderholt: ‘Cheap Products’ from China Now Costing U.S. ‘Dearly’
As the globe contends with the coronavirus pandemic, still looming large now more than ever is the threat posed by Communist China, which is something Rep. Robert Aderholt (R-AL) warns should not be taken lightly.

In an interview with Huntsville, AL radio’s WVNN on Friday, Aderholt explained how the United States’ reliance on China for inexpensive goods and labor has come at a price, which is now coming to a head

Sleuthing at Funeral Parlors to Track Nursing Homes’ True Toll
Nursing homes account for at least a third of the nation’s 76,000 Covid-19 fatalities, and in 14 states they’re more than half the total, according to Kaiser Family Foundation data from Thursday. Those numbers, though, are woefully incomplete because 18 states aren’t disclosing such data and those that are provide varying levels of information. As officials struggle to measure and understand the true toll, the virus continues to victimize the frail and elderly in even the best-run facilities, said Elizabeth Dugan, associate professor of gerontology at the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
