A True Doomsday Prepper
Just read this book.
It presents a very interesting viewpoint of centralized organizations vs distributed authority. You smack a spider in the head & it's dead. You cut the leg off a starfish, and the other 4 legs live, growing back the fifth. And the fifth leg can survive, growing into a new starfish.
Transpose this into modern times. The US killed Saddam Hussein, and Iraq fell. It was a centralized structure. But, the US killed Osama Bin Laden, and al Quida went underground and arose as 100 branches including ISIS. There is no 'head' to cut off & kill it. And today, look at Antifa / BLM, it's the exact same thing. It makes for a very challenge policing/military problem.
