A True Doomsday Prepper
I've got some advice for anyone in the direct path of Dorian the hurricane. GET OUT.
I've ridden out hurricanes from Harvey to Andrew. I've seen the damage. When this one was a cat 1, no big deal. Cat 2? A bit concerned. Now they're saying it might be a cat 3 or 4 when it hits the beach in FL. I'm assuming they are not lying and this increase is real.
If you're within 50 miles of where it is expected to make landfall: pack up & go. And get out early (as in now), I've seen traffic lines 100 miles long (and not kidding). Between rising water, strong winds and the micro-tornados, it is simply not worth the risk.
