View attachment 9378 Easy night. Sirloin on the grill, salad with everything in it and one of my favorites, homemade potato chips. For the chips I slice a large potato on a slicer, spray the foil lined pan with olive oil, spray the chips and sprinkle with pepper, onion and garlic powder. (Salt is really good but not on my list anymore). Bake in the oven on 425 for about 10 mins, flipping at least once, until crispy. Yum

I think you misspelled crawfishI'm stocking up on salt and cayenne pepper, so even after SHTF, I can still have crayfish boils. Add some wild palmetto hearts, dandy lion and you have a balanced meal.

Yeah that's what I grew up calling them too. But here everyone calls them crawfish.Crawdads is what we always called them.
