I wholeheartedly agree but one problem remains, rightly or wrongly black suspects are far more likely to resist being pulled by a cop than whites.

Interestingly, the reason for these Minneapolis police using the knee on the neck is because it is POLICY and trained. Yep, the mayor ok’d that type of training! And backed this police chief! 2 of those police might be innocent simply because they were taking training orders from the head guy as it was only their 3rd and 4th day respectively.
Police are trained to look for common behaviors, right? They are taught to use their instincts based on experience to not only take down the threats, but to keep them safe! Do I have that straight Bill?

Yup commonly accept behaviour from how and where they gather, do they have lookouts or kids paid to act as warning systems, are they close to multiple rat runs for quick escape, are pedestrians and drivers visiting the suspect briefly before moving away, do they have a record of resisting authority and being armed, much use of runners or phone activity, in impoverished areas are the suspects wearing lots of expensive bling, expensive trainers etc, does there appear to be one person in the group in authority , do they closely study passers by, do they disperse if a police cruiser passes by, are they favouring one side of their bodies ( concealled weapons) . if you approach them do some of them immediately try to get behind you. The mark one Eyeball coupled to the hairs on the back of your neck rarely are wrong.
There are many OLD cops and there are many BOLD cops, but you rarely ever see Old Bold cops.
That’s a lot to absorb and it has to take years to actually learn! I would have never thought of all that.
Learn it because it applies equally to preppers and agressors as cops and gang bangers. Situational awareness is as important as guns and kit.

Sounds of 5 million native Americans thinking about sending folks back to Europe
My Wife is half Native American who's mother is buried on the reservation in Oklahoma, she think the Indian reservation ought to be disbanded.
The last major Indian war was 1881-86 All are dead including the generation after that. I also say disband the reservation, it's all welfare states and a massive failure. Kind of like our major cities, a massive failure, corrupt and only a siphoning tool of the tax payers, reservations are the same.
