Easy night. Sirloin on the grill, salad with everything in it and one of my favorites, homemade potato chips. For the chips I slice a large potato on a slicer, spray the foil lined pan with olive oil, spray the chips and sprinkle with pepper, onion and garlic powder. (Salt is really good but not on my list anymore). Bake in the oven on 425 for about 10 mins, flipping at least once, until crispy. Yum

Crawdads is what we always called them.
Yeah that's what I grew up calling them too. But here everyone calls them crawfish.
I spelled it the way most of the country spells it. But down here in Louisiana, we say crawfish, crawdads or mudbugs.
I'm aware, I was just picking on all of them that say it "wrong" :D
