What's for dinner tonight?

Easy night. Sirloin on the grill, salad with everything in it and one of my favorites, homemade potato chips. For the chips I slice a large potato on a slicer, spray the foil lined pan with olive oil, spray the chips and sprinkle with pepper, onion and garlic powder. (Salt is really good but not on my list anymore). Bake in the oven on 425 for about 10 mins, flipping at least once, until crispy. Yum

I guess I had a craving for sherbet. It might be cold outside but the wood stove keeps the cabin at around 80+ degs.

I'm stocking up on salt and cayenne pepper, so even after SHTF, I can still have crayfish boils. Add some wild palmetto hearts, dandy lion and you have a balanced meal.

I spelled it the way most of the country spells it. But down here in Louisiana, we say crawfish, crawdads or mudbugs.

Yeah that's what I grew up calling them too. But here everyone calls them crawfish.

I'm aware, I was just picking on all of them that say it "wrong"
