I recall back in mid to late 90s flying few times a year to Philly...(Wills Eye Institute) staying downtown and walking down walnut street and all over downtown many times (including at night), and thinking I'd love to own a brownstone downtown Philly. Couldnt pay me enough now to want to move there. Sad.
