39-year-old Kori Ali Muhammad "randomly" fired 16 shots in 4 locations in Fresno (one a Catholic Charity), killing three white men.

He yelled "Allahu Akbar" when the police apprehended him.

Police are apparently mystified by his motives and say it is too early to label it "terrorism."
