I have some of those too. Quite a long shelf life.
We have been discussing packaged out of the meat case or in Survivors’s post how to make it fresh. Not quite as processed
I made some Lasagna Soup. Sounds funny, but is scrumptious!! As usual, I made several changes to the original recipe. If anyone wants the recipe, let me know.
Leftovers, still eating on the smoked pork tenderloin..larry threw some potatoes on side and frozen peas...I didn't eat, but if I get hungry before I konk out, I guess that's on the menu, unless I raid fridge again for alternatives...

Still leftover chicken from the Matzo Ball soup. 2 meals of that.
Frying it up for Quesadillas tonight.
Probably enough left over for a lunch tomorrow 5lb chicken can go a long way for the 2 of us

Steak and eggs for breakfast .
Larry wasn't feeling well last night and went to bed early so I made pork chops he had laid out, asparagus and baked potatoe. I should have waited and made it tonight because I ended up not eating dinner either. Just gonna slowly warm those through for tonight.
Tonight, wild caught salmon, wild caught cod in the foil packets with lemon slices, herbs n seasonings, A NY strip steak, some chicken breasts, which ended up throwing bbq sauce on. Brussel sprouts, asparagus...I'm hooked on the open wood fire pit! But I also cooked a big pot of collard greens, then threw them in iron skillet with bacon grease..forgot to take pic of that..

After our daughter's wedding ceremony today we all went to a steakhouse for dinner. The wife had a salmon fillet and I had a ribeye steak. It wasn't as good as our own beef, but ok.
We're driving home now, it's been raining for about an hour. We should be home in another 5 or 6 hours.
