I think you're right Oddcaliber. The charts I see show Marco hittin' Louisiana, then heading West into Texas. So far, I'm smack in the middle of Marco's Texas tour.
I think your fine Oddcaliber. Have a generator ready?Checking the charts again this morning. Looks like Marco is going to be the immediate threat. Most likely it will be a category 1 maybe a 2. Already have my plans in action in case of evacuation.
You could come here with your camper. Plug into my 23KW gridSorry, no generator. Living in an apartment sucks!
No east is better. . .We missed Marco but Laura is hot on his heels. Hope it keeps going west.
Because the farther west the more impact I get. So far I am on the clean side. If it moved father east I may not be having to be building a fence on my Wedding Anniversary. Not that I really wish this on anyone especially a Cast 3 that is a maybe.Ok,why east?
Can only hope but I tend to think the experts are correct once it hits the warm waters of the Gulf.Got some satellite views on Laura. Still south of Cuba. Wierd thing is there is no definition of it being a hurricane. Wind doesn't have that circular pattern and no defined eye. Hopefully this will be much ado about nothing.
