im pulling a brain freeze on any thing else you can add to it..(but) any thing that you can keep on your person, all the better.in other words, add to your every carry if needed, just in case you cant get to you b.o.b or g.h.b. like a,AA or AAA flashlight, pocket knife,P38,multi use plier, fire start(s),and any thing else you'll in the way of edc.and be legal and no problems with you being at school or work or where ever.

Thanks, I guess i'm all set then, if i figure more stuff out i guess i can just add it to the bag or my person, but for now i have all that will keep me alive.

how about first-aid?
got the knowledge to patch you up or some else?

goes into "knowledge section" ,even in first-aid there should be some good pdf's if you wanna read them.

took it a step further and quit my job, went back to school and should graduate in september, then I call myself a rookie paramedic.

That's awesome man, hope it all works out for you :)

oh another thing you might wanna think of,if you haven't already.a edcb=every day carry bag.it could have what you normally have on your person.but yet a few other things as well.to me,it's mainly for and just in case you cant get to your b.o.b. or ghb. for what ever reason.but yet it'll have less items then the bags..and it simply has the basics.like map compass basic foods to what ever.

Metal water bottles (that way, you can boil right in them)
For the radio, switch to one with a hand-crank and phone charger, flashlight
5 mags is a bit excessive (for weight, etc., plan on being in a lot of firefights?)
What's size and weight of that stove? A little folding one with fuel cells is better, if this isn't one.
Sleeping bag is a lot to carry. You'd look like a mountain hiker.
Get a lockpick gun vs. picks, if you can.
First aid kit is a must.
Multi-tool is always nice.

But really, you've got a good list there...just be sure you can actually carry it all.

Yes i was planning on a metal bottle, i'll look into a crank radio also, 5 mags may seem like a lot but i rather not be caught with not enough ammunition if the threat actually arises, the stove is a small fold away one (buying fuel cubes separate for it) and what would you recommend to sleep in? I was gonna put the sleeping bag on the bottom hanging on the backpack not inside it, I've seen a lot of people on YouTube reviews having sleeping bags that aren't really big and they are easy to carry. I'm also not a tiny guy (i'm 6'2 205lbs).

as for Flashlight and Radio goes.might look into flashlight and radio combo that has a hand crank and or solar charger..i have a am/fm/flashlight setup with a hand crank.it might not be the best or brightest in town.but yet,it's doable..

I guess it depends on where you are. The wool blanket should suffice. Here in FL, we don't really need anything. I would pretty much use my poncho. Keep in mind though, mine is more of a GHB (or Get Home Bag) vs. a full out BOB.
