Does anyone have experience growing crops in the cold? What worked best for you? What process did you implement to keep the plants healthy? Are any fruits viable? Looking for something hardy that can be sustained through winter even with contact to possible frost. I come from an area that is very hot and humid, so this is new for me. Doing a little research. Mostly finding leafy greens, broccoli, and potatoes are the go to.
