Way to go DD! Taking care of our Patriotic Duty these days is tougher. Button up the house and stay safe my friend.

Maybe you could have used it on the voting screen? Not sure what your voting equipment was like.

The screen had actual buttons running down the side. I imagine it was to push the buttons. BUT... we already had gloves so that was overkill 🙄

You guys take care there too !

I had those on both my units, but the company went out of business and the bulbs weren't accessible
Robin you can buy most of them online or have a local ht/acsupply store order them for you, if you can get a model and brand off of them I will see if I can find them for you.

It's a beautiful sunny morning here in CT. Today I have a PH from work so it's gonna be a chill relax day for us. Although we gonna make a stop to our local grocery store. I just hope it's not to packed like it has been last few days. Over last few days it's been very busy exp. in the mornings cause our local Walmart had some power issues and been closed for a few days.

What's New this week? Well my entire family said screw it and we are headed for a wine tasting weekend in Fredericksburg. We leave Friday at noon. The grandkids are being shipped to the other grandparents and my granddaughters aren't too happy about it at all. I told them they would not have fun because it's an adult trip, but I think the idea of a road trip anywhere is real appealing to them> kinda feel bad leaving them

This year has been hard on children and adults. The girls will end up having fun I’m sure. Go and enjoy! You deserve it!!

I haven't made it to Fredericksburg yet but all my friends say it's the best place for wine tastings. Maybe California used to have something better but it probably burned up in all those fires this year.

Not a fan of California, but have to admit that I feel sorry for anyone losing things to fires. Vineyards can’t be replace easily or quickly. Such a shame.

Actually the wine business in The Peoples Socialist Republik of Kalifornia suffered its biggest slump after the terrorist attacks of 9/11.

Just spent 8 hours in the hospital after a bad fall. Broken foot. Appointment with orthopedic surgeon Wednesday to discuss surgery and inserting screws in the foot to repair the break. Full contact gardening I do not recommend! I am on crutches with a walking boot. Hoping I did not pick up Covid. Overheard Dr. saying the ER had 13 patients waiting for ICU beds.

Stay safe DD

I have been once before. I think it is one of the best weekend getaways in Texas. Absolutely the "cleanest" Town I have ever seen anywhere... absolutely ZERO litter. The town neatness is so striking, it is the first thing I mention. Maybe it has changed in the past 5 years, I hope not.

Their are a lot of arts shops there. I mean ART... not arts and crafts nonsense. I went to a sculptors shop that was unbelievable. I mean museum quality bronzes.... and museum quality prices too... out of reach except maybe for corporations... thousands and tens of thousands of dollars... and not that junk welded together called modern art either.

For the guys who may be into military history, they have the Nimitz WWII Pacific Theater museum which is top notch

Add a wine tasting tour or two, some decent dining and it is great

All 3 of my adult children and their spouses think just like my wife and I, so spending time with them now that they are adults is the best therapy for my wife and I.... we are a very tight family
