Takeout fried chicken wings. No sauce, just good old fashioned crispy fried.

I did a couple of NY strips on the smoker. Tried to use the smoker like Santa Maria style BBQ. It was a success.
My wife doesn’t like the fat rind and hers wasn’t too well marbled, so I trimmed it and put on the top to render down. Huge success.

Fried chicken from a local supermarket deli and macaroni and cheese, green beans out of my pantry.

Cousin's house for family dinner. Dinner was burrito casserole, fresh green beans ( I brought), cottage cheese salad. Dessert was chocolate plate (I brought), pumpkin cake, and cheesecake.

Last night i grilled T-bone steaks and stuffed jalapenos. Could only eat a few bites. Not hungry tonight either.

I made baked chicken Parmesan that was every bit as good as fried. Along with shell pasta, home canned green beans and peas and of course cheesy garlic bread. I’m content with the world and still have lots of leftovers

We went out to the amish place in town and had dinner with my cousin Harry. I ordered fried chicken, sweet corn, mashed potatoes with white gravy, and iced tea

Tomahawk ribeye steak, that I seasoned yesterday. Baked potatoes and a garden salad. Photos to come later.

I'm feeling much better thank you. Still in a lot of pain in my knees, back, hips, shoulder and my right arm goes numb for some reason.
Today I'm smoking a batch of sweet bourbon jerkey. Should be done by dinner time.

Have you ever tried collagen supplements? My husband takes those and has found improvement in knee,shoulder and back pain. I can send you the info if you want.
