Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General Announces Initiation of Investigation

Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz announced today that:
The DOJ Office of the Inspector General (OIG) is initiating an investigation into whether any former or current DOJ official engaged in an improper attempt to have DOJ seek to alter the outcome of the 2020 Presidential Election. The investigation will encompass all relevant allegations that may arise that are within the scope of the OIG’s jurisdiction. The OIG has jurisdiction to investigate allegations concerning the conduct of former and current DOJ employees. The OIG's jurisdiction does not extend to allegations against other government officials.
The OIG is making this statement, consistent with DOJ policy, to reassure the public that an appropriate agency is investigating the allegations. Consistent with OIG policy, we will not comment further on the investigation until it is completed. When our investigation is concluded, we will proceed with our usual process for releasing our findings publicly in accordance with relevant laws, and DOJ and OIG policies.

Good morning Robin...of course it is all connected. Just as we are all connected here in this forum. Spiritually and mentally. The root of all evil comes from the great Liar and Father of all lies. So, the evil in the world to topple the USA is all connected together. No matter what the others say, we know that they want bad for us and our way of life and living. Stay strong and live free, Gary

So Dominion hasn't heard of the Discovery part of a trial. They are giving Rudy just what he wants.

Seems like Dominion/Smartmatics combined with the Diebold voting machines in large majority of States is the recipe for easy manipulation of votes. Dr. Shiva ran for the Senate in Massachusetts and warned the Republicans of this problem back in Sept/Oct 2020 - - apparently to no avail.

Breaking: Top Trump Adviser Reveals Former POTUS Soon Could Become Huge Figure Because of This

When former President Donald Trump ends his current transition period, he will emerge as a leader in the election integrity movement, according to a top adviser.

Jason Miller made the comment to Just the News on Thursday, one day after Trump left Washington, D.C., for his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.

“Trump has a number of goals over the next couple of years,” Miller said.

One of them, Miller said, is “winning back the House and the Senate for Republicans in 2022 to make sure that we can stop the Democratic craziness.”

But one issue will drive Trump’s future, Miller said.

“You’re going to see him emerge as the nation’s leader on ballot and voting integrity,” said Miller, who in addition to his current role served as a key adviser in Trump’s election bids in 2016 and 2020.

Miller said questions over the conduct in elections have been asked but never fully answered — something he said isn’t likely to happen in Congress under the leadership of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Judge rules Virginia elections board violated law with late absentee mail-in ballot rule

The decision will affect future elections in Virginia going forward

Last August, the Virginia Board of Elections issued a rule that would've allowed elections officials to count late mail-in ballots that arrived without a postmark up to three days after the November election. On Monday, a state judge ruled that the board's decision was illegal.

Virginia Circuit Court Judge William Eldridge said that Virginia's mail-in ballot rule violated state elections law and issued an injunction preventing the state from adopting the rule for future elections, the Daily Caller reported. The judge's decision was announced by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), a legal group representing Frederick County electoral board member Thomas Reed in his case against the state mail-in ballot law.

"This is a big win for the Rule of Law," PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said. "This consent decree gives Mr. Reed everything he requested – a permanent ban on accepting ballots without postmarks after Election Day and is a loss for the Virginia bureaucrats who said ballots could come in without these protections."

The Virginia Board of Elections issued its election guidance to county boards on Aug. 4, 2020, notifying them that any ballots "received by the general registrar's office by noon on the third day after the election … but does not have a postmark, or the postmark is missing or illegible" were not to be rendered invalid. But a week later, the elections board decided that such ballots should be counted.

On Oct. 13, PILF filed a lawsuit against the state elections board on behalf of Reed, who argued that he would not enforce the directive because it violated state law.

The relevant Virginia statute states: "Any absentee ballot returned to the general registrar after the closing of the polls on election day but before noon on the third day after the election and postmarked on or before the date of the election shall be counted." Reed's lawyers argued that a plain reading of state law prevents ballots that lack a postmark from being counted.

Two weeks later on Oct. 28, 2020, the court sided with Reed in a preliminary injunction hearing, issuing an order that prevented the state of Virginia from accepting and counting late absentee ballots that were missing postmarks.

The result is that none of the contested ballots were counted in the November election and Judge Eldridge's final ruling siding with Reed over the Virginia elections board will not change the outcome.

The ruling, however, will apply to future elections in Virginia, including the November 2021 gubernatorial and state legislature elections.

The Same Clandestine Companies Involved in the Certification of Dominion Voting Systems and the 2020 Results in Georgia Were Chosen for the Upcoming Arizona ‘Audit’

What we found is very strange. What is going on?

Arizona’s Maricopa County Board of Supervisors finally agreed to an election audit this week of its 2020 results. The county officials approved only two companies to perform their ballot audit, both which certified Dominion voting systems.

Maricopa officials refused to offer data expert Jovan Pulitzer the job which indicates the Board of Supervisors is doing all it can to hide the truth from its constituents.

As reported earlier on Wednesday Arizona’s Maricopa County Board of Supervisors finally agreed to have a forensic audit performed in their county. The Arizona Mirror reported:

Maricopa County will contract with two companies, Pro V&V and SLI Compliance, to conduct the audit. Those are the only two auditors certified by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, according to county spokesman Fields Moseley. A proposed settlement agreement between the Senate and the county would require the Senate to use an EAC-approved auditor.

The Board of Supervisors, whom many believe are covering up election corruption due to their actions since the 2020 election, decided to pass on expert Jovan Pulitzer, who has a thorough and independent method to review the ballots and results. Instead the Maricopa Board, after suing the Arizona Senate for ordering an audit be performed, eventually agreed to an audit but only if they could choose the auditors. The county officials then limited their choices to Pro V&V and SLI Compliance.

On Wednesday we took a look at these two organizations – Pro V&V and SLI Compliance.

Pro V&V was also selected by Georgia’s corrupt Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger for a recent sham audit there.

Secretary of State Raffensperger used Dominion-linked Pro V&V, an Alabama-based testing laboratory, to do the Georgia audit of the Dominion machines. The company announced it “found no evidence of the machines being tampered.” This should tell you something:

The technology company that last month performed an audit of Dominion Voting Systems machines in Georgia has for several years overseen testing of Dominion’s voting software, federal records indicate.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced in mid-November that the results of a forensic analysis of Dominion voting machines in the state — ordered in the wake of controversies involving the nationwide election equipment vendor — revealed “no evidence of the machines being tampered.”

To perform the audit, the state contracted Pro V&V, which Raffensperger identified as “a U.S. Election Assistance Commission certified testing laboratory.” (The Election Assistance Commission is an independent agency of the U.S. government created under the 2002 Help America Vote Act. Among its functions is the certification of election equipment and accreditation of election system testing labs.)

But it’s much more than that. We know for example that Pro V&V has only three company contacts and has been in business since 2011. The President of Pro V&B is Jack Cobb. Cobb has been called in to perform audits for Dominion in the past. He performed one audit in the Philippines in 2019, but he referred to himself as the ‘Laboratory Director’ during this engagement, for some reason, rather than the President of the company:
