It has been brought to my attention, that one of my family members who works in the intelligence community, is being questioned on their relationship with the user “BioClandestine”. The IC are curious as to if this person is passing along classified intelligence to me…

Firstly, the US intelligence community just confirmed I am over the target, because they are suspect that I have access to classified intelligence… if I was wrong, they wouldn’t be asking these questions.

I cited the US embassy page, a Newsweek article, and official statements from the United Nations… I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INTELLIGENCE. I’m just a guy who put the puzzle together quicker than expected, and [they] REALLY didn’t like it. We ruined their cover up and propaganda scheme because the citizen intelligence apparatus was quicker at dissemination of information. Everyone knew about the biolabs before they could shut the story down and establish their own narrative. The mega multi-billion dollar IC and their state controlled media, just got outmaneuvered by a bunch of volunteer citizens on social media. Sorry not sorry.

Secondly, this means the US intelligence community knows who I am, where I live, who my family members are, and are now intimidating my family. I’m under surveillance.

So to the agents currently patrolling my feed, and watching what I say; I have some questions for you:

Do you morally agree with spying on an innocent citizen? Are you aware of the 4th Amendment of the Constitution? The one you swore an Oath to defend? Are you mad at me for exposing the US DoD are funding bioweapon production? Or are you mad at your higher ups for producing bioweapons?

I’m not the one who breached the International Biological Weapons Convention, released a genetically modified pathogen, implemented communism under the guise of public health, mass brainwashed the planet, coerced billions into a human experiment, and started WW3… but I’m the bad guy for pointing it out? Spare me.

So shoot this up your chain of command: Upon invitation, I’ll come in and talk to any agency, and I’ll present my case, prove it’s all open source and confirm I do not have access to any classified intelligence. And then you all can explain to me how you’re going along with what’s happening and how you managed to let this to slip from your oversight. You wanna talk? Let’s talk. History will not be kind to those who chose to sit idly by, as evil descended.

Remember that Oath you took? I took one too, and mine doesn’t have an expiration date. We swore to defend the Constitution from all threats, foreign AND DOMESTIC. Congratulations. You are over the target. They don't like what you say or the way you say it. They want to know if you can support a lawyer once they come after you. Nothing you say to them will ever matter in the slightest, so I suggest you say nothing to them but continue doing what you are doing.

I had a Bulgarian friend once. He was an engineer. In the late 1980s to early 1990s the FBI bugged his phone thinking he was a spy. They bugged my phone because I was talking to him. They bugged a second friend of mine because I was talking to him. The Bulgarian was familiar with these KGB tactics and told us the goal was fear, they wanted us to fear the FBI and fall in line. I had two phones at the time. One was my speaking phone and one was a fax since I worked from home. The FBI bugged the speaking phone and the power drain was so intense you could hardly hear on the phone. We were in an isolated mountain area. But the stupid FBI never bugged the fax phone since nobody spoke on it. So, when I really needed to talk to someone, I picked up the fax phone and used it. That is an example of FBI intimidation and just how f---king stupid they are.

Now we start to see several scandals and crimes begin to merge. Now we know why the globalists are sooooo interested in defending Ukraine, why they denied bioweapons labs there, why they resisted disclosing US Military involvement and Obama Administration planning. Now we are more clearly looking into the Hunter's corruption, his companies involvement with all the other criminals and Joe's involvement and motivation to tamp it all down. Just look at how compliant big media and big tech have been with all of this if not outright censoring the truth from our ears.

Subject: Outbreak of the deadly ‘California flu’ in Ukraine​
According to an online publication(1) and other information, at least 20 Ukrainian soldiers have died and 200 are still hospitalised after the accidental leak of the ‘California flu’ virus from an American laboratory near Kharkov in eastern Ukraine.
The spread of this dangerous virus has been confirmed by the deputy commander of the army of the Donetsk People's Republic, Lieutenant Colonel Eduard Basurin, who said: ‘According to the Ukrainian army medical corps, there is an epidemic among military personnel. According to medical staff, the virus first causes a sudden fever that cannot be treated even with antibiotics and death occurs two days later. So far 20 soldiers have died from this unknown virus and an attempt is being made to cover up the whole thing.’
By 22 January the virus had spread further and was out of control: ‘We continue to record an epidemic of a new incurable strain of flu in the ranks of the Ukrainian army,’ said Donetsk information office.

Russian Ministry of Defense releases new official briefing, slides and documentation pertaining to US biological malfeasance! Direct accusations of violation of the Nuremberg Code and more direct evidence against Hunter Biden!
  1. Experiments on mentally ill people:
Here Russia shows a series of facilities they are accusing of unethical medical experimentation and in violation of the Nuremberg Code.
They show a black site experimental lab in Kharkov, 4 million dollar facility built with funds from the Pentagon, disguised as a pharmaceutical facility. In addition to the surrounded labs and psychiatric wards where they were using to supply subjects for the experiments.
These allegations are not to be taken lightly. The punishment for the accused crime is death.
  1. Research of mosquitoes as carriers of vector-born infections:
Remember that Russia is hyper focused on Veterinary facilities and animal vectors for biological weapons. Think Mariupol and Nicaragua.
Here in this slide Russia shows US funding sent to US facility in Ukraine, in which they conducted experiments to use mosquitos as vectors, and 30% of scientists involved are formerly related to WMDs.
The US claims the function of the mosquitos as vectors, would be to “counteract disease” from natural mosquitos. Very similar to the US DARPA program Insect Allies, that uses bug armies to “counteract disease” and prevent famine to crops.
The US created biologically charged bug armies capable of spreading any number of pathogens. While claiming to fight disease, they are in fact spreading it themselves for political gain and geopolitical advantages. Using it to strike famine on militaristic enemies to beat them economically, by killing off livestock, crops, and labor force, aka humans.
  1. Historical facts on US military and biological activities:
In the next slide, Russia builds on the former slide of US using animal vectors to target humans, livestock, and crops. They go on to show the numbers of infectious human, animal, and plant diseases that were unleashed on Cuba in the 80s, amid tensions between US and Cuba during the Cold War.
Castro directly accused the US CIA of using biological weapons on Cuba, and the numbers would suggest it was not accidental. And given we know the US has these capabilities, it’s highly probable Castro was telling the truth. That’s not an endorsement of Fidel Castro, but the US are not innocent.
Russia then goes to show supporting reports of CIA involvement with African Swine Fever outbreak in Cuba.
  1. Analysis of Tularemia and Hepatitis outbreaks:
In this slide, Russia addresses the agreement between the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, Black and Veatch (Think Biden), and the US Defensive Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). They show formal documentation for legal “ EXPANSION” of laboratories. The US was supposed to go in and destroy the post-Soviet WMDs, not take them over and expand production.
They then go on to show the expansion of labs and US biological activity in Ukraine is what led to the Hepatitis outbreaks all over Ukraine since 2017. The outbreaks correspond directly to US DTRA funded labs, in relation with Black and Veatch.
  1. Training of Ukrainian specialists in the Field Epidemiology Training Program:
Here Russia goes over US documentation showing US training Ukrainians to compile and analyze data. Essentially just showing further proof of agreed government collusion between the US and Ukraine.
There is however one extremely important nugget highlighted in the middle.
Ukrainian Health Specialist flew to Atlanta, Georgia, to meet with CDC “to discuss possible CDC assistance in developing guidelines for infectious disease surveillance in laboratory networks and in assessing laboratory systems in Ukraine and the development of a strategic plan for establishing a laboratory network.”
UMMMMMMM so we have the US DTRA and CDC on paper agreeing to “establish a laboratory network” in Ukraine?
  1. Hunter Biden’s lobbying of Metabiota:
Pertaining to this slide Russia reiterates:
“We have already noted that Hunter Biden was instrumental in creating the financial opportunity to work with pathogens in Ukraine by securing funds for Black & Veach and Metabiotics companies.”
As always, the Russians accuse the Democratic Party of being the source of this plot. This time they include John Kerry and his family connections with Rosemont Seneca, as well as now acting (alleged) Commander in Chief, Joe Biden used his son Hunter.
Also featured as a main investor of Metabiota is none other than Bill Gates via his foundation.
Russia then references the HUNTER BIDEN LAPTOP EMAILS as proof of dirty dealings with Ukraine to use this high influence of those involved with Metabiota, to get into Ukraine. Showing proof of investments from these entities and desire to covertly get in touch with Ukraine Ministry of Defense.
  1. Pentagon website statement on US biological activities in the former Soviet Union
Here on the the final slide, Russia addresses the infamous US DoD statement from 06/09/22, pertaining to the US Administration admittance to 46 biolabs in Ukraine.
Russia responds with a barrage of questions to the Pentagon about their involvement with this plot. Essentially giving the DoD the opportunity here to throw Biden and the other ideologues under the bus.

❓Why was the work commissioned by the Pentagon, while its subject matter did not correspond to the current problems of public healthcare in Ukraine?
❓What was the purpose of the participation of U.S. military officials in biological research in Ukraine, while the work was carried out under conditions of secrecy with restricted access of Ukrainian professionals to information and facilities?
❓Why were strains of pathogenic microorganisms, potential agents of biological weapons, and biomaterials of Ukrainian citizens exported from the country without clearly declared purposes?
❓Why do the U.S. and Ukraine obscure the military-biological cooperation in international reports under the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC), while the U.S. has been blocking the development of its verification mechanism since 2001?
❓Why are U.S. officials, including Under Secretary of State V.Nuland, so concerned about the possibility of the activities held by the U.S. Defence Department in Ukraine and the materials in the biolaboratories taken over by Russian specialists?
🔹Thus, the situation presented in the Pentagon statement is just a screen under the guise of which the United States carries out its activities in circumvention of international agreements and continues to build up its military-biological capabilities. At the same time, Ukraine is assigned for playing the role of a testing ground, collecting biological materials and studying the specifics of the spread of infectious diseases.

It means Russia is going all out to prove the US are in violation of international medical ethical law and in violation of biological weapons treaties.
Russia is directly accusing the upper echelons of US DNC, along with subservient non-government and foreign entities, of crimes against humanity.
The punishment for the crimes alleged is severe. The means to hold people accountable for these crimes are INTERNATIONAL MILITARY TRIBUNALS.
Russia also seems to be directing this at individuals responsible, not the DoD, and are extending an olive brach to allow the DoD to throw the true perpetrators under the bus, and clean this mess up together.

Ukrainian document released to Russian media outlet, @izvestia, showing decree from Zelensky to destroy all files on Ukrainian defense service members, employees and staff of the state, and any involvement with Hunter Biden’s biolab METABIOTA, on 02/24/22, the same day the air strikes on Ukraine began.

This Ukrainian document release came at the same time as an official press release from Russia via the Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, this morning, demanding the US comply with the investigation into their biological activity in the post-Soviet space.

In the article, Zakharova lays out a response to the US DoD response from 06/09/22 in which the US deny any such nefarious US DoD activity in Ukraine. Zakharova stated, “We call on American colleagues to show professionalism and instead of propaganda information stuffing to urgently engage in substantive work to correct the situation related to their military and biological activities in the countries of the former USSR.”

Here are a couple of important excerpt from the interview:

Will the Russian side take any measures to increase control over U.S. activities in biolaboratories in the post-Soviet space?

“Yes, we intend to use mechanisms in the near future, in accordance with articles V and VI of the Convention, which provide for consultations between States parties to the BTWC in resolving any issues regarding the purpose of the Convention or in connection with the implementation of its provisions, as well as cooperation in any investigations into possible violations of obligations under the BTWC.”

How, in your opinion, should the interaction between Moscow and Washington be built to build confidence and comply with the provisions of this Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons?

“We call on the United States, as the depositary of the BTWC, to take a responsible approach to fulfillment of its obligations under the Convention, in fact, to contribute to strengthening the regime of this important disarmament mechanism for international security. We expect to provide not general information, but substantive explanations on specific issues raised by the Russian side in connection with U.S. military and biological activities in the post-Soviet space.”

So essentially Russia is saying the US has to comply with the UN and that they have been stonewalling any such investigation for decades. Russia is demanding the US cooperate and answer any concerns about their biological activity in post-Soviet states, like Ukraine, Georgia, etc.

So Russia just released the little snippet that Zelensky was actively covering up Ukrainian involvement with Metabiota specifically, which confirms Zelensky knew what was going on, knew this was why Russia was moving in, knew that the labs exist, etc etc. This proves the Ukrainians are more than complicit and proves they knew that Biden was directly engaged in nefarious activity at this lab.

Russia is slowly letting evidence slip out and they claim to have a whole lot more. They are asking for US cooperation so we can clean it up together, but Biden also happens to be directly responsible for the biological crimes against humanity.

Can we depend on the UN to do their part and demand the US comply? I’m not sure. But Russia is going to keep releasing information and evidence until they do. Russia is attempting diplomacy, and if the leaders of the US had any intention of world peace, they would agree.

Biological Update from Russian Ministry of Defense, pertaining to the conclusion of the Ninth Review Conference of the BWC.1

To put it briefly, no ground was made. The West blocked all proposals put forth by Russia to amend the Biological Weapons Convention, in order to hold the US accountable for their actions in Ukraine.

So now Russian MIL are bridging the gap between the creation of Covid 19, and the coverup via social media and MSM influence, facilitated by one Dr. Anthony Fauci.



Russian MIL’s narrative is on a collision course with Elon about to drop the Fauci Files and C19 portion of the Twitter Files.
