The stormtroopers will probably find anything if you take your house apart, bury it in the garden at night at the local sheriff's or the police station, or vacuum it up and sink it into a pond that is not deep. The other solution would be to put the wrong sewer pipes in the basement and put the stuff in there, but when the stormtroopers come by you could smell the roast if there is no toilet where the pipe ends.

Does everyone have a space designated to hide gun, ammo, knives and other weapons if they were deemed illegal? I'm struggling with this one. I need them accessible, but not obvious to the storm troopers. Of course, I would always keep one or two where I could grab fast. I also need someplace where moisture and dirt wouldn't be problematic.

these imaginary "stormtroopers" coming for you >> more like it'll be neighbor Goober from the filling station along with his buddy the auxiliary PD officer and some other buddies from the pool hall willing to kick down doosr for a %%%% of the booty ....

unless your OPSEC is slipshod and they have reason to be looking for something specific - they'll confiscate what's on the list to grab and then something that grabs their $$$ fancy - they won't be in the backyard with a metal detector or even looking thru your attic ....

That's what I am hoping! I have several places to hide them, if I had them!!!

Now getting goats milk, but only about a quart on first day of new milkers. Would have been much more but the new time milkers kepts kicking over my bowl even being hobbled. Had you been outside the barn today, you would have thought I was killing at least one of them.

Got the new air rifle sighted in and it is still holding pressure. I will top it off again next Friday, before going back to the range Saturday. I ordered a spotting scope as the pellet holes are harder to see at 1oo yards. I also order a bipod for it but that may not arrive by this Friday, so it will have to be installed later. I may have found a solution to the rainy / misty day chronograph problem. I found a inexpensive 5.5 foot patio umbrella and umbrella light kit, on Amazon. I think that will be enough protection to allow me to chronograph my reloads and the pellet rifle during minor wet weather. We will see. I don't plan to shoot during wind/ rain storms, just tired of the damp weather putting a hold on data collection.

Just brought in 4 tons of firewood from the local ranch. The neighbor works there, the boss told him if he cuts the trees back like the boss wanted, he could take the wood...the boss died day before yesterday and his brother, with whom he was not on speaking terms...has taken over the ranch. My neighbor and I went with a trailer and grabbed as much wood as possible before the "new" boss decides he can't have it anymore...
Am building a chicken pen tomorrow...BUT, it will not be used as a chicken pen yet. The neighbor needs to get his two pigs out of another neighbors pig pen day after tomorrow...I'll be building the pen with wooden walls which I can later take down from the uprights and replace it with chainlink fencing for the chickens after the pigs get butchered...I'm getting toooooooo old for this crap. Help a friend and hope it goes well...Gary

If you use chain link, look for your chickens to be killed. If an animal can get its head through, they are in. I've had them come into chicken wire. Just FYI

Since the 6th and 20th are getting close, I'm feeling an increased need to top off some preps. The Covid closures took down some of my household products. Disinfectants, TP, . I do have lots of alcohol and peroxide for wounds, etc. I canned some sterilized water for wounds. I need to run over my lists to see what I need to get this week.

Just remembered I need to stock up on pet food, chicken food and sugar for bees. Just typing this is kicking in the brain cells.

Robin I picked up a curbside order today for the same reason. They knocked off a huge chunk of my list as being out of stock. Grocery stores are packed. Jeez here we go again with the panic buying.

Same here only got a third of the stuff we ordered from Tesco today

My house was built about 120 years ago by the great-grandfather of the man who sold it to me. It has also seen 2 World Wars, many floods, terrible storms and the occupation from the Russians from 1956 till around 1990. I still have the house number sign from the Russian "re-name" of the original street. The street has been Re-Re-named back to its old name again...GP

The son of my late friend in KS phoned today, told me many people he knows who have their own businesses are now keeping the absolute minimum cash necessary to run their businesses but REMOVING any extra cash for fear of the state seizing money for Covid fines or asset grabbing by the new socialist government
