That's the idea. If the producers claim that they can't get anyone to work for $17/hr, they get to import workers from south of the Border legally. E Verify is the same scam. Farms and other businesses can hire illegals and if they get caught they claim that E Verify didn't flag them as illegal, or that the system wasn't working. The millionaires who own the processing plants see thousands of illegals streaming over the border and they see dollar signs.

Don't really know much about that industry but the facility has like 8 foot fences all around and guards at all gates. No cell phones there. It looks like a prison. The little town is now full of Guatemalans all working happily at the chicken plant.

California's whole economy is set up to service illegals and "homeless". Since illegal alien jobs are with a phony SS number, they pay no federal taxes other than the minimum payroll deductions. Sending the money overseas is a great opportunity to tax illegals. Simply require the sending companies, like Western Union, to hold back the same portion of money an employer would deduct for a single employee with no children. The sender is given a receipt for this money, referencing his social security number (the one he uses illegally) and told he can get most of the money back when he files his tax return (which he will never do). As a default, the federal government keeps the money. Red States could also do this and so tax illegals.

An older story, but the scam is the same; so really, they don't even pay taxes on their paychecks because they claim 23 dependents.

My wife has a catchy SS number and has simultaneously worked full time jobs in three different states in the past. The IRS/Gov doesn't care about the illegal's illegal activity, but you, YOU better be on the straight and narrow.

Y'all don't have good logic. The conclusion is illegal immigrants prefer chicken wings on a three to one basis. This you are gauranteed a shortage of wings. Seeing this fact , we know the price of leg quarters and breasts will be dropping drastically in the immediate future.( Now you know why a am doomed to the lower end of the financial system.)
