never get them down North Devon's narrow deep rural backcountry lanes, the walls are made of granite and the ditches are 6feet deep.

our Citroen Berlingo and Vauxhall Agila are small enough to get past other vehicles in the narrow lanes around my home, are good on petrol and we can cram lots in the back.

well I said I would like to have one ,that does not mean I will ever get one ,a Toyota extended cab 4x4 would be more practical ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I just like them,,,,maybe if I were to win the lotto............................

I agree, it's a cool toy and I'd love to have one. The practicle side of me wouldn't go for it though. I'd really like a Toyota FJ Cruiser. It's tough, but with some luxuries. My only complaint is they mostly come in really bright, loud colors. Why is everyone always showing off! I'm thinking, hey look at me in my wonderful toy, now come steal it....

after the SHTF,,,,just spray bomb it any color you want....I would go camo

I wish they made a scaled down Humvee, and I don't mean like the H3. I mean with all the features. Ground clearance is a huge issue in many places. I have bent a drive shaft, warped an oil drain hole, knocked off a muffler and bent open a differential housing, all from bottoming out ON ROADS!

i wouldn't mind having one..but yet,the only way i'd get one.is if i could install a engine in it,that'd get good milage.and no,i dont see that happening in this life time..lol

I would like a Land Rover Defender 110 with a 2.5 litre Ford Diesel lump under the hood, bloody unburstable engine and can give 28 to 30 MPG

I agree on the size, it's just friggin huge! One of these days I'm going to get an older jeep wrangler. They are more within the possibility of my budget too.

If you look under a Humvee, you'll notice something missing. Can you spot it?

That's right, no differential hanging down! It's offset to allow maximum ground clearance.

My Tundra has excellent ground clearance, due to the shape of the differential housing and lack of shock hangers below the axle. It still hangs down, but not nearly as much as other trucks. I still managed to bend the drive shaft though...

I really like the ground clearance on the Hummer ,the 4 wheel drive on these are supposed to be beyond good, now I don't get that much snow or ice here but when it hits it hits hard and I can't get out of the yard,I believe one of these would put an end to that ****

No doubt, that sucker looks like it could climb over just about anything.

on road title,,,,,$11500.00 current bid
