They have been my favorite for years for manual tools and such. Was raised near a large population of Amish.
what does this school mean?
Use manual analogs of electric tools like these?
Drill, planer are electrical and manual

But.

If by "school" you mean "Amish" they are a religious group that are somewhat hard to describe, LOL. Theoretically they don't believe in using electricity or internal combustion engines. So they use horse and buggy, non-electric tools, etc. But actually they do use some electricity as you can tell by the headlights on the buggy below.
They are prepared for the apocalypse for the most part. Except they are pacifists, so I don't know how long they will survive without rule of law protecting them.
They often have a very good working relationship with the prepper community since they have many common interests, so I suspect some preppers may step in and protect them even if they don't want them to.
Mennonites are related but most Mennonites use electricity and drive cars.

it looks like old believers (old Orthodox church)
- They live separately, usually far from civilization
- Only use old instruments, eat simple food, do not drink alcohol or smoke
- men do not shave
- do not use dishes that have been touched by people of other faiths.
- have many children
I like Old Believers.

That is them Selivan. Nice pictures. Hard working good people. I was raised a branch of the Quakers. Unlike many Quakers, I and my family believe in weapons for self defense. However, I’m a Southern Baptist to the core now.

ingredients: Pork with Fat and onion.
A little softened wheat bread should be added to the minced meat, then "make cutlets", roll in breadcrumbs or flour.
then fry in a pan.
use a cast iron stove in a wood stove for frying.
Personally, I know how to fry in a pan, even on the coals of a fire

Americanized ;) Beef patties, rolled in flour cooked with a little lard to fry. Then make gravy.

It looks like a Russian dish called "ежики" (hedgehogs).
Russians like to call their dishes funny words :)
-------
- Minced meat is mixed with boiled rice. Then it is fried in a skillet.
- when the "hedgehogs" are almost ready, add "подливку" (gravy)
- Gravy is hot butter mixed with flour.

I saw on another American Survival site a link about "ordinary American food".
Besides, I have lived in America for several months.
-----
Your food:
- Beef, Wheat Bread and Rice.
- Americans love garlic and vinegar
- To preserve food, you use vinegar pickling.
-------
Russian ordinary food
- Pork, rye bread (black), wheat bread (white). it's about 50/50... and buckwheat
American bread "airy". Any Russian bread is denser than American bread
- Russians don't eat as much garlic and vinegar as Americans do.
-
to preserve vegetables we use
1. Marinating with vinegar
2. Salting (fermentation) for Cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, some types of mushrooms ..
----
We never use fermentation for proteins (meat), as we believe that this is rotting ..

I really like it when people cook food in a griddle pan.
on the coals of the fire.
It's not very easy.
I did this in the Army, and then, in the forest, for extreme
-----
but I didn't use a frying pan, but an old aluminum baking sheet like this one.

----------
by the way ...
until I forgot.
I advise everyone to buy disposable aluminum dishes for tourism in the forest.
It is made of thick aluminum foil.
You can do everything in it: boil water, cook food.
Very inexpensive. 1.5 usd for 5 dishes

Off grid washer.... just add a stretch of rope for a solar dryer

A bit of detail .... First, this is not for those who are OCD concerning laundry ( like my sisters in law who each run four massive loads a day), or those with large families. Small loads are ideal. For really grimy clothing, pre soaking, and perhaps a bit of scrubbing will be required. We load at night to pre soak, then drain and wash in the morning, and get good results. Two rinses are also required, followed by hand wringing. Overall, we're using about 1.5 gallons of water per load, sometimes two. The amount of detergent averages out to 2 tbs per load (1 oz, or about 15 cents per load). Thus, we're able to recycle used water to the gardens. One of the weak areas of this washer is it's cradle, but, that's an easy fix. Overall, for us, well worth the shekals....
