Doesn't look like it. But it may hit North Korea. Looks like it's going to cross the Southern tip of Japan, rake the East coast of South Korea, and then make a solid landfall in North Korea. The South Koreans should handle it a lot better than the North Koreans. Hell, most of the people in North Korea probably won't even know it's coming.
