Can you help me learn is there is a reasonable market for this? Testing the waters for a new product: My pals have invented a new thermo-electric generator TEG that makes USB and 12V charging power from fire. Using a heat pipe it can reach into a heat source from many feet away, even around corners. It's not expensive, cost under $100 for the basic 10W unit that works on metal chimneys, camp stoves, propane flame. Take a look at www.hydrobee.com. That BBQ-powered unit is making 80 Watts. Would you buy it for $100? Or a smaller one for less? Or a bigger one, we have a unit that makes 400W. So many options! Suggestions welcome!
