Rice Seasoning Mix

Here is a link to a recipe for a mix to season rice. I know many of you hate plain rice... not me (especially Jasmine Rice!!!). But I figure that if the SHTF I might be eating a lot of plain rice and it would be nice to mix it up a bit. I would recommend separating the seasoning from the rice until you are going to use it. The remaining moisture of the rice will be extracted by the salts and may cause mold and mildew to develop. Maybe have small packets inserted with your rice pack.

Note: Uncooked Rice has between 5% to 8% moisture content
