I'm old dude now and out of the military. So, I try to keep up with the U.S. Army APFT standards for my age bracket. Push ups, sit ups, and 2-mile run (I only do this once every 1 or 2 weeks lol and I'm not even passing it). I do a lot of biking stationary when watching a good ball game on tv and that burns a lot of calories. Weight myself every morning before heading out to work to keep me motivated. I actually look good compared to my peers in the same age bracket (effing slobs) as me.
