I would like to make what I am calling a personal defense utility vehicle. It will be tracked, about 4x6 ft, have a platform on the whole top that is no taller than 30" from the ground and have a robotic arm on it. The front will be capable of wielding either a bucket or blade. The rear will have either a backhoe or other device. The robotic arm will be able to lift things and put them on the platform, hold a fire hose or even flame thrower. My dream.... I am looking for a base vehicle to modify to make this happen. Any suggestions? It will be remote controlled.

Sounds pricey, but that is probably along the idea of what I want to make. I have been looking at used airplane tugs and mining vehicles...most have a tall portion but that is for the driver to sit in - can be cut off..
