hi i had to use an online translator to translate pretty much the whole thing so apologies for any mistakes in the text.i have this plant for almost 5 years and it became one of the most used things. If you have any questions then feel free to ask :) pay close attention the the warning at the end.
Description

The home of Pregnant Onin is an area of South Africa. Leaves whose juice is healing can grow up to one metre. The flower, which will appear during May to August, takes the form of a clover composed of a few dozen smaller flowers and smells sweet. Our grandmothers and great-grandmothers are very familiar with the plant. But it is often lovingly confused with another room plant.

ONION - Onions can reach up to 10 centimeters in diameter and its surface is waxy green and predominantly smooth with dead onion parts peeling away. It creates a large number of small daughter onions around it.

LEAF - Long green, juicy striped leaves grow from the onion, which can have up to a metre in good conditions.

FLOWER - It creates a classy flower size of 70 to 90 cm with a large amount (50 to 100 flowers) of scented white flowers with a greenish centre. It most often blooms from May to August.

GROWING - We grow as a portable or room plant. It thrives in a sunny habitat from spring to autumn. Clay-sandy soil, permeable. So-called sea onions tolerate drier ground well, but permanent overwetting is detrimental. In autumn, transfer the plant to a frosted-free space (just 2- 4 ° C) and do not pour, but it can also winter at room temperature, when it suffers from a lack of sunlight. In the spring, replant the meal and start watering carefully. Once the danger of the freezer has passed, we will carry her out to the garden, loggia, terrace, etc.

REPRODUCTION - We can breed the plant using the subsidiary onions it creates around the main onions, but also on it. It is also possible to multiply the plant with seeds that we sow into a well-permeable substrate. They should sprout within a month.

USES

TILING - Cut off a piece of fresh leaf, tap the mallet or blunt end of the knife until slimmed, attach to the wound, tie and let it work for several hours. We regularly exchange for fresh leaves until troubles have disappeared.

It is mainly used for cuts, bruising and when colds, that is, common health problems
Further treats:
- burns of all kinds
- buttocks, buttoned splinters and other impurities
- fungal and bacterial finger infections
- cuts and festering wounds
- bruising, bruising
- sore joints, sprains, swelling of the knees and ankles (pulling water from the knee)
- accelerates maturation of ulcers and fistulas

Regular tiles will also rid you of varicose veins, sore joints, swelling of the knees and ankles. Boiling leaves with sugar and water will give you syrup, which is the ideal medicine for flu and cold.

WARNING!!!

Pregnant Onion is often lovingly confused with a plant popularly called sea onions. For they are incredibly similar! But there is a risk of major inconvenience in their confusion. Therefore, if you decide to use the food for medicinal purposes, make sure that it is this plant that adorns your windowsill.

The most certain distinguishing feature is the appearance of the two plants, especially the colour and shape of the onion. While the onions of the pregnant onion are glossy, green and reach a maximum of 10 centimetres, the onions of the second plant can grow to giant proportions.

Another significant difference between plants is the location of the active substances. For pregnant onion, the active substances are placed in leaves. The sea onion has these substances placed in the onion itself. However, they are strong enough that its really easy to overdose which can lead to Affecting cardiac activity and, in some cases, even cardiac arrest can occur very easily.A dose between 1.1 - 1.5 g causes severe poisoning and a dose of 1.6 g or higher can already be fatal.Onion 1.jpg onion 2.jpg onion 3.jpg onion 4.jpg
