If the power in government chooses, it will be. They didn’t want to work with all the small farmers so through farm programs favoring big farms and taxing we now have big farms. By closing small businesses during c19 we have fewer small businesses they need to control. If they want digital currency from 6 bank , it will be, small and better be damaged!
