I found a telehealth online company that has a legal way of providing medications for an emergency kit.
The following meds are in it, along with a guide book:

You can also stockpile other meds that you might need for thyroid, diabetes, or high blood pressure.
$300.00 got me all of the above meds in a waterproof storage container with instructions on use.
I plan to buy several more when I have the money.
