(Long Term Food Storage) Is it better or would it be more beneficial if i vacuum seal all my food packs before mylar bagging over the top with oxygen absorbers and sealing them in plastic buckets? Bulk Oats are first on the list guys. I want to make sure the food will stay good for at least 10 years Plus.. Kind regards all✊🙏💯💯

I'll let someone else dither on the vac bagging deal - "bulk oats" - when I see someone in the US talk oats I usually ask if they know what they'll be doing with them - almost useless except for animal feed when in the raw - unlike wheat they can't be simply processed at home >>> you storing rolled oats by chance?

Vacuum sealing will prevent the fats from reacting with oxygen. They will probably not go rancid / turn yellow if you do that. Personally I'm freezing them, but not vacuum sealing. Oats here come in plastic, airtight packaging, a pound each.
