He' is not dispensing Tamiflu because people aren't being swabbed for the particular flu that tamiflu helps. Instead, people that are told that have covid and are "at risk" are getting other infusions if caught within the first week, that supposedly works on covid like tamiflu works on the flu.
But hey, I survived covid and I am fine and ready for whatever. Most people do. Not everybody, but most people.
