Help IFL-USA provide aid to those in the path of Hurricane Harvey
Be it by television, radio, newspaper or the internet…much of the media’s attention
has been directed over this past weekend towards the natural disaster that has
emerged due to the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. The outpouring of help offered
by many individuals, both professionals and non-professionals (i.e., good
Samaritans), has been rewarding to see. This, as the needs of those in Southeastern
Texas are immense and likely to only become greater in the coming days. While
much attention has rightfully been directed at needs related to food, shelter,
clothing and sanitation, major concerns also exist regarding the availability of
medications and health care supplies for those with chronic medical conditions.
Our organization, Insulin for Life USA, is a not-for- profit entity whose purpose
is to aid those living with diabetes by supplying life-saving insulin and other disease
management supplies in times of need. Year round, our organization addresses this
problem at an international level. However, we also serve those within the United
States for this purpose at times of natural disaster.
We hope you will partner with us in this effort through provision of either donation
