Welcome aboard Kolydascope. Age is of little consequence here we're just happy to have you. Please feel free to ask anything you want and we all will do our best to help you out in anyway possible. I'm very new to prepping as well until it comes to hurricanes. I'm an old pro at that one since I open the shelters and stay there as part of medical help until they close them. I've been doing that for 18 years but I am now officially retired as of 2009 due to health issues. I do hope you'll do some posting so we can help you out if need be.
