That headline is so misleading.

Germany did not send a bill to Beijing, an op-ed in the newspaper Bild suggested a hypothetical bill.

A bombshell op-ed this week in Germany's largest tabloid newspaper, Bild, joined this outrage by drawing up an itemised invoice for €149bn (£130b).

That is one of my issues with the EXPRESS, is the misleading headlines. I like their coverage but do really wish they would make the headlines less clickbait and more accurate. Still is is better than the BBC.

The BBC is the Bolshovik Broadcasting Company its left wing bias is now absolute.
