BREAKING: Former FBI General Counsel James Baker Has Flipped! Durham is Building Conspiracy Case on All of Those Who Lied to the Court!
Former US Attorney Joe diGenova was on the Howie Carr Show this week and he provided some more inside information regarding General Flynn’s case and the unraveling of the coup to remove President Trump from office.
diGenova discussed the Durham investigation and said at the 5:30 mark that Durham is building a conspiracy case and anyone who lied to the court will be indicted for obstruction of justice charges:
The bottom line is this, it’s unfolding and what’s happening is, what Durham is actually doing is he’s painting a picture and not everyone of these acts is going to be a specific separate crime. But they are going to be, what’s called overt acts in a conspiracy. One to defraud the United States government. One to deny the civil rights of Trump and Flynn and Page and a bunch of other people.”
All I can say is, we had better see trials for those involved in this attempted coup!

What is the punishment for the high crimes? Conspiracy of treason and abuse of power against others? Submitting false documents, lieing under oath, false testimony.
Hanging? Firing squad? Life in prison?

Wow – the latest documents released by the DOJ provide additional evidence that the Obama White House was running the operation to spy on candidate and then President Trump in an effort to destroy the incoming administration and have President Trump eventually removed from office!
The latest emails released from the DOJ today in the General Michael Flynn case show the Obama White House was running the show. In the last line in the first paragraph on page 9 of the 12 page release it says:
We need to discuss what happens if DOJ directs us, or directly tells, VPOTUS or anyone else about the [redacted] specifically w/r/t [with regards to] what we do directly with him. I think it will be very difficult not to do some sort of overt step with him, a defensive briefing or interview under light “defensive briefing” pretext unless WH specifically directs us not to.”

Trump and Bar better get on this and start dishing out justice and punishments or the people will have to do it, if that has to be done, it won't end peacefully.

I think many of you are making this just too complicated.
How about this plan. Over the coming weeks, Flynn is freed with a dropped court case. Trump gives him a week to recover. Then Trump puts Flynn in charge of the FBI, with a 'gloves off' policy. And let the chips fall where they may.

TF my thought is that Trump wants to stay away from a pardon that can be used against him in election.
It's taking longer, but he wants it to be done without adding his name.
