Hopefully everything will be just fine for you. I can understand getting the jab if you have underlining issues. Which one were you given?

I got the moderna and my wife got the Phizer. Both are pretty similar. A sore arm for a day or two is a small price to pay for being able to go out again with little worry for me.
After a contribution in the Web Pfitzer counts already now on it that one must inoculate itself in the future each year against Corona, the "Greencard" in Israel is apparently only 6 months valid, there everyone can calculate itself what comes there on us to.
Since Israel is very far leading in the Durchimpfung of the population is it nevertheless strangely that there increased mutations come to the daylight and that there already the 4 Lockdown threatens.
If it probably goes after the large Pharmariesen, with the first two inoculations the immune system is ruined, who wants to live then further needs the regular Auffrischungen. Then you can really reach for it. At some point, the booster comes too late or is dosed too high, and you make a run for it.
Why does this remind me so much of junkies and their drug dealers, where the first shot is also to try out, then it gets expensive, until the final shot.
To me, the whole thing is really more and more suspicious, I'll wait there with vaccination once nice and see how that develops further, if the vaccinations at the end are not so what you expect from it or it ends up like the scientist Geert Vanden Bossche has presented in his work will sink the world in a pure chaos and anarchy.

Had a co-worker tell me one of her friends husband's got the vaccine. Next day he was dead. . . . Take that however you want.
Also yesterday at work another co-worker was talking to a customer. He said he got the shot Monday and by Wednesday he tested positive, yet he was out shopping on Friday. After I pointed that out to my co-worker, she says "oh, OH!" Me, "Hope you stayed 6 ft away. . .

The vaccine won’t keep you from getting the virus, but it will keep you from getting the full blown bad cases of it. Even with just one shot your chance of being hospitalized with it are almost zero. I don’t doubt that with all the variants that have happened so quickly that a new vaccine will be around every year for a long time to come.

The only thing I am certain of is this virus continuing on and destroying our economies around the world is much worse than anything else. A sore arm for a day looks a lot better to me than the alternative.

This virus is NOT destroying our economy but our governments are destroying the economy itself.
Sorry, but the German hardliner Söder let out your argument 4 weeks ago, and I don’t think anything of it. For more than 95% of all people this virus is not life-threatening except to be sick for a few days, but more than 95% of people suffer from the government measures against Corona, have short-time work and many lose their existence and become mentally ill, that is the price for what the state does. Being mentally ill and taking medication against it is harder than Corona and has a higher suicide rate, some of these people are no longer able to work for a long time.
Before you say something again that the virus is responsible for the destruction of the economy, look into the eyes of those who have lost everything through lockdowns and the like and listen to your story.
You can hate me now, Brent, but I see the reality in this country every day who is destroying what.

I don’t think the governments have reacted to this virus well either. But I also know that if everyone had just wore a damned mask from the beginning that the spread would have been a lot less. All those that whine about loosing their personal freedoms being abused are equally guilty on this.

Here, for several months, we have to wear masks when shopping, wear masks in transport, and wear masks in cars, museums zoo`s and in all public institutions, partly even in the open air. Restaurants are all closed since the beginning of January and self-service restaurants as well.
BUT, the numbers do not go down they become even higher, explain to me why???? I would be burning interested, and don't tell me people don't comply here, because if you ignore it you get high fines or face police repression.
In Germany, if you are caught without a mask, you risk even being beaten up by the police.

If one must vaccinate then still annually, then that will not be very positive for the own health, in these vaccinations there are enough by-products which are not healthy in the long run.
If we have to get vaccinated every year for our new freedom the government will continue to watch us and of course restrict us, we are now definitely at a point where you can see the true intentions of the government and that we will never get our freedom and our rights back.
As for Corona, I am sure that this virus was released from a laboratory, even intentionally, and for that China and the dark people behind it should be punished.

Mild fever. Some aches. Cough.
No hospitalization required. Not for me, or my wife. We had mostly recovered by day four. That is what 99.9% of the population experience. In Nov my ex-wife and her husband got it too. Same signs and symptoms, but they did have the taste/small loss. She was back at work the following week.
I have had the flu in the past that were worse.
There is no stopping the spread of this, unless we were to undertake a real lock down, e.g. no one leaves their home for six weeks, except for food and Rx, and then in a bio-hazard suit. Not this half-arse lock down where I can still buy groceries, smokes and alcohol. It is a force of nature. Stopping it is like trying to stop the tidal surge of a on coming hurricane with a 5gal bucket.
Unless everyone is wearing a N95 mask properly, the idea of masks be it surgical, bandanas, etc. is an exercise in futility.

our original lock down here was for 3 months and the furthest I was allowed to go was the local corner store and then only infrequently, I went once a week and I'm still going only once a week, we werent allowed to leave the local area and local area here is about 1 mile in every direction.

Spoken like a true socialist drone, or usefull idiot, whichever you prefer. There is NOTHING more important than our personal freedoms. Maybe you're willing to bend over and grab your ankles and give up your freedoms, but many of us are not. "Guilty"? Yes, I'm guilty of wanting to preserve what little freedoms that we have left.
This debate is really stupid and a waste of time. Wear the effen mask, take the shot, your choice. My choice differs.

Restaurants in Switzerland are closed since December. Same with everything which is for peoples entertaining, like museums, zoo's, cinemas, theatres, gym's and so on. But it's no problem to go to work or, sitting with houndreds of peoples in public traffic without distance rules.
Even all was closed during x-mas times and we're wearing masks since October the numbers are rising. THIS is for me the approvement this damn face diappers don't work except helping to increase panic. Panic is the big topic. 24/7 the government spreads panic. 24/7 the media spreading panic. May covid is dangerous. But keeping peoples permanently in panic destrois society and civilations, destroying whole countries and continents. All the panic - spreading an the lockdowns are reaching just one: More jobless pepole and an destroyed economy. But there are not numbers of infections falling down. And if they are falling so the "experts" (Billions of experts in virology those days...) are changing the counting methods until the numbers raise again.
But never knows, i'm maybe just stupid and blind....

the Vaccines give (allegedly) 3-6 months "immunity"- then what? your just as open to catch it again as someone who has never had the vaccine, whats the point of that?
