Well here in Canada. At first, when this started, the doctors on TV, were talking about the types of people who were getting sick and infected. Some who got infected, did not get sick, but could give covid-19 to you. Mostly young and healthy people, if I remember correctly. Infected but not showing signs of being sick. They are still out there, I would guess. With the schools opening up here again in Canada. I suspect there is going to be another surge of people getting covid-19. Because of these groups of people getting together. (Young people).
Since it has been said here on CBC, which is free to get. That schools are opening again. I expect to see a surge in 2 weeks or so. When the newly infected become contagious. Something like that anyway.
If I was a parent, I would want, if you have the option to, to keep my kids, and young adults, home still, for another 3 weeks to a month, to see what happens first. Not go to public gatherings still to. Again, stay at home if they can. Especially younger children.
The Canada government, also offered, severe days ago. Severe Billion dollars in new funding for teacher in regards to covid-19 safety issues. The teachers leaders on TV were angry. Saying why so late and close to schools opening again in getting this new funding, they desperately need apparently.
If I was a parent, I would be freaking out. Why did teachers not start balling and screaming about your childrens safety in a clear and precise manner on national TV themselves, long before this, so all would know, whatever the issues are exactly, that they need billions more in funding for ?(Childrens safety). It a surprise apparently.
